About the project
An office and warehouse building for Water Group, with a distinctive concrete portal of 26 vertical elements on the west facade that continues into a canopy over the entrance and shades the building. MEP Studio produced the complete services design (power, low voltage, water and drainage, HVAC, BMS) for the building and its site.
