About the project

A complex of 11 buildings, ground plus two floors, with 131 apartments, ground-floor commercial space, garages and landscaped outdoor areas in the Grbalj plain. MEP Studio designed the electrical, telecommunications, water and mechanical services and the BMS for the buildings, as well as the site services.
